Caroline began her career in the United Kingdom after graduating with a BSc honours in Physiotherapy in 2000. She has an accomplished career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy including postgraduate studies. She completed her Pilates training with the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates and provides our comprehensive in-house Pilates training and mentoring. Having worked in private practice, occupational health and as a physio for numerous sports teams, Caroline brings a wide range of experience to the Live Well team and enjoys teaching, mentoring and developing new services. In addition to leading our Pilates team, Caroline drives our clinics towards our purpose – to inspire our clients and community to make positive changes to their health!
Outside of work, you’ll find Caroline enjoying our beautiful WA coastline and spending time with her three young children. She has a passion for personal development and is usually partaking in a new course on mindset, health, nutrition and how we can become the best version of ourselves!
Principal Physiotherapist
Daniel graduated from Curtin University of Technology in 2003 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. Daniel has had significant experience in the areas of musculoskeletal and sports injuries and has a particular interest in spinal pain, shoulder rehabilitation and knee injuries. He also has qualifications in dry needling and the treatment of benign positional vertigo. He takes pride in providing his clients with evidence-based, timely and effective physiotherapy treatment.
Daniel is the principal educator for the Live Well Group, organising and teaching our impressive weekly in-house physio education. He also manages the operations of the clinic and is mentor to our Hillarys’ physios.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, cycling and travelling when the opportunity arises!

Amy graduated from Curtin University of Technology in 2008. Since then, she has gained experience in several private practice clinics as well as in aged care. She has a passion for educating female clients about their specific health concerns and is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Women’s Health and Continence to expand her skills in this area.
Amy has a special interest in treating complex, chronic pain conditions and has also completed post-graduate study in this area. She believes in performing a thorough assessment to determine the underlying cause of symptoms, to provide not only symptom relief but also to prevent recurrence. She also has significant expertise in the areas of musculoskeletal and sports injuries and sacroiliac/pelvis dysfunctions. She has trained in Pilates, dry needling, Kinesio taping and the treatment of benign positional vertigo. Amy has a holistic approach and inspires her clients to improve every aspect of their health, whether it be their nutrition, mindset or movement.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys horse riding, surfing, diving and anything else in the ocean. She is driven to give back to the community and volunteers with Sea Shepherd, the Disabled Surfers Association and Mission Australia.
Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Kieran is a Specialist Physiotherapist who offers second opinion on complex, persistent pain and injury presentations, or for patients wanting an independent, expert non-surgical review of their case.
Kieran utilises a research-based, comprehensive approach to each client as an individual, tailoring a specific management plan to achieve significant long-term outcomes. He has formally mentored many physiotherapists in Perth for over 10 years, consulting to a number of private practices offering second opinions, as well as providing professional development lectures, tutorials and education. He also works as a sessional academic on the postgraduate Master’s Program at Curtin University.
Kieran works at Live Well Hillarys where he holds his caseload. He also offers second opinions across our two locations for complex conditions and provides mentoring for all our physiotherapists at Live Well.
He loves his beautiful wife and three young girls, and enjoys health and fitness and Perth’s incredible beaches.
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Georgina completed her undergraduate Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in 2013. Since then, she has gained experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. She has a special interest in treating neck and back pain, sporting injuries and also women’s health complaints. Georgina is currently completing her Polestar Pilates Studio/Rehabilitation Certification and is qualified in dry needling.
Georgina has experience working with women’s state hockey teams, travelling to Sydney and Adelaide for competitions. Locally, she has experience working with men’s and women’s state basketball teams as well as men’s amateur football for WAFL.
Georgina is passionate about helping her patients reach their health goals and maintaining long-term positive outcomes. She believes this is best achieved through a combination of high-quality manual therapy, pain management advice and exercise rehabilitation. Outside of work, Georgina loves spending time with friends and family, training in the gym and travelling adventures.

Julian completed his Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University whilst gaining experience working at elite level rugby union, soccer and tennis clubs.
He believes in an individualised approach to healthcare. Incorporating his post graduate education in Clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy, manual therapy and dry needling with the latest research related to pain and movement, Julian strives to empower his clients on their journey to full function and beyond.
In his personal life, Julian has recognised the value of exercise coupled with optimism and feels privileged to pass this on to his clients. Fascinated by the connection between mind and body, Julian links his musculoskeletal knowledge with the bigger picture of wellness and progression to provide a specific pathway towards improvement.
Outside of work, he tries to spend most of his time in the ocean or adventuring in nature. He has backpacked extensively around the world and the travel bug is still alive and kicking!

Sinead graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and immediately began her career in private practice. She strongly believes in combining manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation and education to optimise client’s function and ensure a prompt return to pain-free activities. Sinead is passionate about incorporating the latest evidence-based management approach to assist clients in successfully achieving their health goals. She has completed postgraduate training in dry needling, Clinical Pilates, strength & conditioning and women’s health.
Sinead manages a broad patient caseload of spinal and peripheral joint pathologies, soft tissue injuries, post-surgical and women’s health clients.
Sinead loves staying active; going to the gym, walking her dog, swimming and cycling. In her spare time, she also enjoys going to the beach, camping and spending time with friends and family.
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Mikaila completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Curtin University and has since completed her postgraduate training in Clinical and Mat-based Pilates, along with dry needling.
Mikaila has her Cert 3 and 4 in fitness with over 8 years of experience as a personal trainer/yoga/Pilates instructor and 14 years as dance teacher.
Before studying physiotherapy, Mikaila completed a Bachelor of Arts specialising in dance performance, this was the start of her passion for dance/gymnastic related injuries and rehabilitation. She also treats a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries with a keen interest in hips and shoulders.
Outside of work, Mikaila enjoys going to the beach with her dogs and spending time with friends and family.

Jodi completed her Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) at Curtin University in 2017 and has since completed training in Pilates and dry needling. She is passionate about providing her clients with the most up to date research on treatment and management, which has led her to undertaking further study. She is currently studying her Master’s degree in Clinical Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
Through her own experience playing netball and going to the gym, Jodi has a keen interest in treating and preventing sporting injuries. She has a strong belief in combining manual therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation to successfully achieve her client’s goals. She also has a special interest in treating headaches and persistent lower back pain.
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Kirsty graduated from Curtin University with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2017 and immediately began her career in private practice. Kirsty is also a qualified dance teacher, holds a level 1 SMA sports trainer qualification and has completed her dry needling course. She is currently completing her Polestar Studio and Rehabilitation Pilates qualification and is enjoying the in-depth level of knowledge she is gaining for her Clinical Pilates patients.
Kirsty has a special interest in treating sporting injuries and has completed several courses in dance-specific diagnostics and treatment. She enjoys teaching Clinical Pilates to help patients better understand their body and the way it moves to rehabilitate them to their full potential. Kirsty takes a holistic, evidence-based approach with her patients and aims to improve overall health and wellbeing in all of her clients to help them achieve their goals.
Outside of work Kirsty enjoys staying active at the gym, doing Pilates classes and doing outdoor activities such as snorkelling and paddle boarding.
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Jay completed his BSc with honours in physiotherapy at the University of Liverpool, England in 2013. He moved to Australia shortly afterwards and has been practicing in private practice since.
Jay has a keen interest in treating lower back pain and sporting injuries and a particular passion for knee pain, including ACL and meniscal injury management and rehabilitation. He has completed post-graduate study in dry needling, manual therapy, strength and conditioning programming with functional exercise delivery, Clinical Pilates and running assessments. He has a profound belief in using manual therapy combined with, high grade, evidence based and individually tailored exercise programs to help patients manage their injuries and effectively achieve all of their goals.
Jay came to Australia to enjoy his ideal healthy life style in the warm weather, he enjoys running and training on the beach and has played competitive football since arriving in WA. He regularly promotes exercise and sports to help inspire his patients to make positive changes for their health.
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Aaron completed his BSc in Physiotherapy at Curtin University where he was taught the most current skills and innovative techniques from some of the world leaders in physiotherapy research. Prior to this, he completed a BSc in Exercise and Sports Science at Edith Cowan University whilst working as a trainer and coach for U12’s in recreational soccer. Aaron’s combined expertise allows for a proficient diagnosis as well as an advanced development of injury management, particularly for sporting related concerns.
He aims to utilise the latest evidence-based practice to ensure that clients receive the most up-to-date treatments available. He employs both manual therapy and active management to ensure that a client is treated with a holistic approach and is able to continue to enjoy their everyday activities.
Aaron is passionate about treating a range of conditions that include back pain, knee pain, vertigo and any sporting-related injuries. He believes in an individualised treatment approach and has subsequently undertaken additional training in Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling and Strength Training.
Outside of work Aaron enjoys leading an active and healthy lifestyle and participates in both AFL and basketball.
Practice Manager Hillarys
Rachel oversees the running of our Hillarys clinic. In addition to looking after our Live Well Physio team, Rachel undertakes most of the administration work that goes into the smooth running of the clinic.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her 4 children, paddle boarding and taking in the WA coastline.
Rachel is supported by her fantastic reception team, Jacqui, Heidi, Russell and Angela who between them, have been in the customer service industry for over 80 years. Jointly they work hard to provide our clinic with a high standard of customer service and a warm welcome to our clinic.
Practice Manager Currambine
Erin oversees the running of our Currambine clinic. She has spent over 18 years providing administrative support to the allied health industry. Erin is passionate about providing excellent customer service and patient care. Her focus is towards creating a positive environment for our team and clients alike.
In her spare time Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has an interest in interior design.
Erin is supported by our amazing reception team; Brooke, Trisha, Jadi and Tara. Our team work hard to provide our clients with the best possible customer service and create a warm welcome to our clinic.
Podiatrist
David graduated from Curtin University of Technology in 1997. He has developed a broad scope of practice in the podiatry profession. After working in the public sector at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital for 8 years, David started his own practice in 1999.
David has a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries, gait retraining, diabetic related foot problems and minor surgical procedures involving nail and skin conditions. He works closely with our physiotherapists and has expertise in specialised dry needling (Acupuncture) and myofascial trigger point therapy of the foot and ankle region.
Outside of work, David enjoys running (with his orthotics in situ!) and spending time with his family.
Podiatrist
Anne is a graduate of Curtin University and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of podiatry. Anne has worked in a variety of workplace settings from aged care, country and metropolitan hospitals, private practice and rural and remote fly-in, fly-out communities.
Anne was awarded a scholarship to study her Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education, which has led to a special interest in Diabetes. She then spent twelve months at the Podiatry Department at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital dealing with High Risk Diabetic and Chronic care patients.
Anne established Currambine Podiatry to apply her extensive experience to helping the local community with their podiatry complaints. She is caring and compassionate as well as having years of experience under her belt. Anne’s goal is to help you have the best feet possible!

Dietitian
Angela is the owner of Total Body Nutrition who provide our dietetic/nutrition services at Live Well. She is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 15 years’ experience in the hospital, community and private sector. Her passion for nutrition and chronic disease prevention began after her father was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. This prompted her career change and in 2001 she commenced her degree in nutrition and dietetics at Curtin University. Her goal is to share her knowledge and passion with her clients and inspire them to be the healthiest version of themselves!
Angela believes in individualised, client-centred care and works closely with her patients to help them modify their diet with simple, sustainable changes. She facilitates their pathway to eating more intuitively and reconnecting with what their body is telling them about food.
Angela brings inspiration to our whole team on how we can be healthier through simple changes to our diet.
Dietitian
Andrea is our amazing dietician. She is super-passionate about helping you improve your life by improving your nutrition. She graduated from University of Stellenbosch in 2015. Andrea gained experience in the hospital and community sector before running her own practice in South Africa.
Her experience in dietetics extends across a range of health and nutrition areas, including:

Alisa is the founder of INSITE Mind and created the inspiring workshops we host at Live Well as well as the beautiful personal development products you’ll see in our waiting rooms!
She began her personal development journey about 10 years ago and has completed numerous courses in Life Coaching and Personal Mastery. After completing a 12 year stint in the Corporate environment as a Finance Manager, she took the leap in 2014 and started her own business called INSITE Mind and from there it began! She started a practice in Perth and was amazed at just how many people responded to her business in the first 6 months. She developed a corporate program and an individual programme, which helps people open up to their own world of personal development.
Alisa created the popular workshops we host at Live Well on topics such as; Mindset Reset, The Art of Positive Thinking, and Move Your mood, which focus on goal setting, changing your mindset and emotional intelligence. She also has numerous personal development products which focus on helping people to learn whilst at home. Her products are designed to be displayed and shared and create a great focal point to share positivity with friends and family.

Life Coach
After completing a Bachelor of Social Science, I spent over a decade working in Community Development Leadership and was an Executive team member in Local Government. I have also spent many years in a consultancy role supporting leaders to apply organisational improvements.
Becoming a mum shifted my passion from facilitating community capacity to enhancing individual capacity, achievement and wellbeing. I'm inspired by lifelong learning and personal development, have completed numerous coaching accreditations and am currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Positive Psychology.
Working alongside my amazing clients to help them flourish and grow into their potential is a joy and honour. Quite often my clients are overwhelmed by the demands of life, or are looking for the spark to light up the next chapter of their lives. I specialise in coaching strengths development, emotional intelligence and uncovering the zest that leads to achievement and increased wellbeing.

Remedial Massage Therapis
Jennifer completed her Diploma in 2006. Since graduating she has worked in a number of clinics throughout Perth gaining vast experience working alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists and Naturopaths.
Jennifer has worked with sporting athletes (WAFL & Perth Glory) and cyclists (Cyclo Sport). Her experience also includes pregnancy massage, motor vehicle victims and injury prevention.
Jennifer has a keen interest in pregnancy massage especially since the birth of her first child in 2015.
In September 2016 Jennifer completed her qualifications as an Infant Massage Instructor, offering private one-on-one sessions within the clinic.
Jen enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and three sons. She also enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, going to the gym, cooking in the kitchen and walking her two dogs.

Remedial Massage Therapist
Charlene qualified in Holistic and Sports Massage Therapy in the UK in 2011 and worked part-time in a Chiropractic Clinic. In February 2014 she moved to Perth with her husband and 2 children in search of a slower-paced family life and of course the beautiful warm weather. Charlene’s UK qualifications were assessed here in Perth and after further studies, she completed the Australian Diploma of Remedial Massage in December 2014. The following March, she joined Currambine Massage Therapy.
At the age of 12, Charlene was diagnosed with scoliosis resulting in surgery and a Harrington rod implant. In the years that followed, she found that regular body massages provided huge relief to the tension and tightness brought on by the curvature.
When Charlene decided it was time for a career change after her children were born, she came across an advert for a course in Holistic Massage and instantly knew that massage was something she wanted to explore. Charlene believed in it and knew from experience that it is very effective in pain relief. She signed up for the course and hasn’t looked back since.
In addition to the diploma, Charlene has also completed clinical massage specifically for lower back pain and also neck and shoulder pain.
Charlene has a warm and sincere approach to massage therapy and treats each client individually. Their needs and goals are discussed and a suitable treatment plan is developed.

Nicola holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Cert IV Massage Therapy, Master of Reiki and Practitioner in Emmett Technique, she is passionate about the way that the body works and how it is interconnected.
Her holistic approach to working seeks to achieve balance and restore movement, reduce pain and aid relaxation through using these various techniques and with a focus on myofascial release.
As a client-centred practitioner, Nicola can customise your treatment to your particular needs. Whether it be a relaxing massage to a specified treatment utilising these techniques to assist with your particular concern.
Nicola has been practicing for over six years and absolutely enjoys working with people to assist them with their particular needs.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, family and friends, reading and practicing qigong. She also loves cooking!

Diploma Remedial Massage and Lecturer
With over 20 years experience, Dani started Initially as an overseas trained physiotherapist and in Australia a Remedial Massage therapist, working alongside massage therapists, myotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and physiotherapists for years.
The years of practice urged Dani to more years of study, which involved Personal Training, Nutrition, Energy Healing and Astrology. In addition, becoming a lecturer in different natural health colleges around Australia.
Dani is passionate about providing the best service to her clients with extensive experience and training in her field.

Clinical Psychologist
Caroline is a Clinical Psychologist who has over twenty years’ experience working in various mental health and counselling services. She has worked with adults and young people in community and hospital-based government mental health services, as well as in private practice and Defence health services.
In addition to her extensive experience in individual therapy, Caroline has also specialised in group psychotherapy. In her therapy, Caroline is able to draw on experience and training in a range of psychological models, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Working with a Clinical Psychologist can be a very important life experience, requiring significant rapport between the client and the therapist. Caroline works collaboratively with her clients, fostering a therapeutic relationship based on respect, openness and just a little humour. She has the philosophy that you are the ‘expert’ on yourself; with guidance and support from a therapist, you can optimise your strengths and move towards the more fulfilling, meaningful life you desire.
