Customs, duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, VAT, or taxes applied by their country. The seller is not liable for these charges.

 

Returns

We accept returns of unused products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.

Customized products, such as custom-made illustrations, are not eligible for return unless there has been an error or defect in the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return and replacement of the product.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you want a different product, you will need to make a new purchase in our online store.

 

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:
